Lin Live respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect,
how we use it, how we protect it, and how users can contact us about privacy or account
related requests. This policy applies to the Lin Live mobile app and this official website.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, user ID, phone/email where provided, profile photo, gender, date of birth, language and profile details.
- Live streaming and community information such as video live, audio live, room title, live chat, comments, reactions, virtual gifts, PK battle activity, viewers, seats and moderation actions.
- Device and app information such as device model, operating system, app version, notification token, login status, crash logs and basic diagnostics.
- Safety information such as reports, block list, moderation decisions, restriction records, support requests and abuse-prevention logs.
- Virtual item activity such as coins, virtual gifts and gift history where available inside the app.
How we use information
- To create, verify and manage user accounts.
- To provide live video, audio rooms, chat, virtual gifts, PK battle, profile, notification and community features.
- To keep Lin Live safe through report, block, moderation, anti-abuse, fraud prevention and policy enforcement.
- To send important service notifications, account updates, live alerts and support replies.
- To improve app performance, fix bugs, prevent misuse and maintain secure services.
Camera, microphone and media access
Lin Live may request camera, microphone, storage/media or notification permission for live streaming,
audio rooms, profile images, chat, notifications and creator tools. These permissions are used only
for features selected by the user. Users can disable permissions from device settings.
Sharing of information
We do not sell user personal information. Information may be shared only when needed to operate app
services, comply with legal requirements, protect user safety, investigate abuse, prevent fraud,
or work with trusted service providers such as hosting, notifications, analytics and security systems.
Data safety and retention
We keep information only as long as needed for app services, account management, legal records,
safety moderation, fraud prevention and support. Some records such as reports, violation history,
security logs and support messages may be retained where required for legal, safety or compliance reasons.
User choices
- Users can update profile information inside the app.
- Users can block or report other users inside live/community features.
- Users can request account deletion through the Delete Account section below.

Children safety
Lin Live is not intended for children under the minimum age required by local law. If we learn that
an underage user has provided personal information, we may delete or restrict the account.
